    Each day offers an easy-to-follow lesson. You’ll learn about physiology’s role in moods, nutritional factors that impact mental health, methods to control the nervous system response, and Biblically-based teaching regarding your spiritual and mental well-being.

  • Daily Activity

    The daily exercises are designed to help you uncover the source of anxiety, rewire your thought patterns to peace, or give you new tools to work through and eliminate anxious thoughts. These consist of quick journal exercises, mindfulness techniques, or CBT practices.

  • Prayer & Meditation

    You’ll be guided on a daily prayerful meditation to ground your spirit in the word of God. These meditations are designed to encourage you and awaken you to walking in and communing with the Holy Spirit. When we intentionally seek Him with our whole heart, mind & spirit, we will find Him.

Hi Y’all,

I’ve been there. I’m a busy mom, a wife, a healthcare provider in a high-stress job, and a person with my own passions and interests. Like so many of us, as the busy days stacked up, I lost myself. I knew something had to give, but there wasn’t even space to think and sort things out. I pressed on. It’s what we do, right? But it all came crashing down in a major health crisis. My body said ENOUGH! My blood pressure reached dangerous numbers and medications weren’t working. I lost 50% of my hearing as a pharmaceutical side effect and found myself wading through a cancer scare, multiple surgeries, and ultimately a miraculous healing. And y’all, I was only in my 30’s.

There I was with children depending on me and a husband who deserved so much more than we had, yet I only had scraps to give. I had worked myself nearly to death and let worry and heavy thoughts run the show.

I had to choose: continue on the same path or make radical, life-saving changes.

I took stock of my whole being. My physical health had never been worse; my mental health was bogged down with anxious thoughts, and my spiritual health was completely neglected. It was overwhelming to work 40-plus hours per week, run a household, AND carve out time to restore my health. Where does one even start? I was discouraged before I’d even begun. She additionally holds a BA in cultural and sociological studies, extensive continuing education in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and holds a Diploma in Modern Applied Psychology.
